Skim Milk Powder

Skimmed milk powder is produced from pure, natural fresh cow’s whole milk. After separation of the full cream milk powder into cream and skim milk, the liquid fat free milk is pasteurized, standardized evaporated into a concentrate and then spray dried into skimmed milk powder form.

SKM Application:

  • Ice Cream, Bakery, Confectionery, Chocolate, Biscuits, Cookies, Dairy, Processed Cheeses, Evaporated & Sweetened Condensed Milk, Flavoured Beverages, Soups, Sauces
  • Store in a temperature controlled warehouse at max. 65% relative humidity and below 25°C. Shelf life is of 18 months
  • Packaging 25kg multilayer kraft bags with PE lining
